INGREDIENTS
Citrulline Malate
Citrulline Malate refers to the amino acid L-Citrulline, attached to a malic acid ester, which helps with both absorption and performance. Supplementing with Citrulline Malate has been clinically proven to increase anaerobic performance and may also support increased vasodilation via an increase in Arginine biosynthesis.
Beta Alanine
Beta Alanine is a rate-limiting anaerobic threshold enhancing amino acid responsible for increasing intramuscular Carnosine levels, which is known as a di-peptide. Supplementing with Beta-Alanine enhances the hydrogen buffering capacity of skeletal tissue.
BCAA’s
Branched Chain Amino Acids (Leucine, Iso-Leucine, Valine) are 3 of the primary muscle-building amino acids found in nature and in vivo and are responsible not only for muscle repair but have also been shown to delay fatigue and increase performance when consumed around exercise.
Disodium Creatine Phosphate Tetrahydrate (DCPT)
DCPT is a highly water-soluble and bioavailable version of creatine, which is a performance-enhancing nitrogenous acid responsible for providing the sole source of muscle energy during maximum intensity exercise.
Betaine Anhydrous
Originally used in scientific research to reduce the risk of heart disease in those with high homocysteine levels. Supplementation of Betaine also showed an improvement in strength and lean body mass in almost all users. Betaine is also a highly osmotic, hygroscopic ingredient and may help initiate an influx of intracellular fluid and swelling, leading to larger pumps.
Arginine Alphaketoglutarate (AAKG)
While Arginine is linked to increasing Nitric Oxide (NO2) in the body, oral supplementation often fails due to poor bioavailability, and or, poor assimilation due to gastrointestinal breakdown. AAKG provides a more readily available, efficiently assimilated version of Arginine and can assist in increasing peripheral blood flow.
Agmatine Sulfate
Agmatine is a derivative of Arginine and is linked to performance enhancement due to its ability to reduce perceived pain during exercise but it also enhances blood flow as well through the inhibition of the nitric oxide synthase enzyme, which is responsible for reducing muscle pumps.
Caffeine Anhydrous
Known as a methylxanthine, Caffeine is both a CNS stimulant and an adenosine receptor antagonist, meaning it stimulates the release of adrenaline while also simultaneously decreasing the potential for sedation (caused by adenosine accumulation). Supplementing with between 3-6mg of Caffeine per kilogram of bodyweight shows consistent performance enhancement in strength, power and anaerobic performance.
Theacrine
Theacrine shares a similar chemical structure to caffeine in that it is also a methylxanthine alkaloid but varies slightly in both its method of action and its lack of desensitisation to consistent use. Theacrine impacts the dopaminergic receptors more effectively than caffeine, meaning more mood enhancement, and does not currently appear to reduce in efficacy with consistent use.
Theophylline
Found naturally within green tea, theophylline is also another methylxanthine, however, unlike its other counterparts that have a strong association to stimulating energy production, theophylline is responsible for causing mild bronchodilation, which allows your lungs to receive more oxygen during standard respiration and it is also proposed to enhance diaphragmatic contraction as well.
Isopropylnorsynephrine (Iso-P)
Iso-P is a strong beta-3 agonist, meaning it acts as a stimulatory agent with specificity to the beta-agonist receptors, which are responsible for forcing energy breakdown and delivery. Supplementing with Iso-P may aid in enhancing the use of fatty acids as energy but is also a potent neuro stimulant, meaning brain function and focus will be enhanced.
Alpha GPC
Known as a nootropic, Alpha GPC targets cognitive performance through an increase in acetylcholine levels, which is a neurotransmitter responsible for increasing learning, general brain function and memory retention.
Not only is acetylcholine a tremendous cognitive enhancer, but it also has known benefits for increasing the mind-muscle connection due to its involvement in increasing muscle contraction strength.
Huperzine A
Huperzine is another cholinergic compound that has profound effects on cognitive performance, but more specifically, Huperzine inhibits the acetylcholinesterase enzyme, which is responsible for ‘shutting down’ acetylcholine.
Cat’s Claw
Found mainly in the tropical regions of South and Central America, Cat’s claw has been shown to delay fatigue and may help prevent exercise-induced performance regression.
Coconut Water Extract
Perhaps one of the true superfoods, coconut, and consequently the extract of its naturally produced water, provide a healthy dose of electrolytes and may aid in preventing dehydration-orientated fatigue.
Magnesium Glycinate
Magnesium Glycinate is a highly bioavailable version of Magnesium, which is an electrolyte utilised in the body in over 300 biochemical processes. Supplementing with magnesium aids in hydration and may prevent cramps in those involved in neurally taxing exercise.

DIRECTIONS
For maximal performance enhancement, consume 1 full serve 15-45min prior to exercise, depending on your metabolism of stimulants.
For beginners, consume ½ a scoop to assess tolerance prior to increasing to a full serve.
