Very happy with the taste and quality. I take a scoop every morning after gym with some protein yogurt, cinnamon powder, chia seeds, Anabolix unflavoured creatinine and sometimes I blend in a banana. I’m full until lunch. Great if I’m feeling peckish late afternoon before dinner or after dinner still.
It’s a really easy way to hit protein goals in conjunction with a good diet. 5 star for taste and texture. 4 star for value, because I wish everything was cheaper!
