Nutritional Info

DIRECTIONS

Mix 1 scoop (11.3g) with 300-400ml of chilled water and consume 15-30 minutes before going to sleep. Adjust water level for flavour and sweetness preference.

Do not exceed more than (2) serves per day.

Shipping and delivery

Orders placed before 3PM AEST, Monday to Friday (not including Public Holidays), will be shipped the same day! Once your payment clears and despatch information is available we'll email you an order tracking number. Most customers receive their supplements in 1-2 business days! As long as:

  • You order before 3pm (AEST) Mon-Fri
  • You use a payment method with instant clearance, like Paypal Instant Payment or Credit Card
  • Your parcel is less than 5kg in cubic weight. (Some bulky goods will not apply)
  • You are not in a remote location

Please note parcels going via Australia Post (PoBox, Defence Adresses) may take longer than 1-3 business days.

Parcels going to NT, and bulky parcels going to WA may take 5+ business days to arrive.

If your order weighs more than 5kg or is bulky: Heavy or bulky orders are sent via road freight which means that the estimated delivery time will be longer than orders sent via air freight.

If you have used an alternate payment method: Direct bank deposit or Paypal Echeque may take some time to clear. To get your supplements in the shortest time possible, use Paypal's Instant Payment or a credit card.

    This really works!

    I find I am ready for sleep within half an hour of taking it. Has been a game changer for sleeping.

    Solid sleep even if I have to get up once I can return to sleep easily.

    Zonked but with no zombie hangover the next morning.

    Ok I was dubious, there are a lot of products promoting restful sleep and promising cloudlike storybook sleep.

    After trailing it I noticed I felt weightless and serene falling into a deep sleep, but can still woke at 4am with my alarm and surprisingly, have no heavy zombie-hangover fatigue that often lingers after most sleep support supps.

    This mind you, I've trialled within a couple of super high stress weeks, massive work load, long work days with travel and a couple of super heavy PB's in the gym.

    (Yay for 200kgs on belt squat and 240kgs on 45• legs press for multiple sets). So how it was able to relax me and help me recover from all this I don't knkw but I dig it!

    Definatrky recommend this Rest3d by Anabolix .
